I'm just a little muscular, still on the skinny side, but my veins already show. I'm worried about my veins showing even more once I get big. If there already showing now and I'm still skinny, isn't it going to be worse once I'm more muscular? I hear girls are really grossed out by veiny muscles.

It's all basically about bodyfat and genetics. What's your bf%? I know some fairly muscular guys who had veins sticking out even when they were skinny.

What does it matter...you start seeing too many veins eat as many cakes, twinkies, chips, and candy til you get fatter. You can control your body. Granted its not the healthiest way to do it lol

If other members of your family show vascularity then there's a good chance you will, too. And women do tend to like veins on guys because it's a sign on health and vitality. You'd be surprised. It usually becomes a problem for guys who have veins popping out all over their body, just as most women like toned to muscular guys so long as they don't overdo it. But if you're working out just to attract women then you're weight training for the wrong reasons IMO.shaunuk said:

I have veiny arms and im skinny too...people that work out say im lucky!! I think veiny arms show your cuts more and are sexy.. (im talking about myself, no homo) 
hahaha, i don't have a lot of veins so i get really excited when i'm in the gym pumping some iron and i see a semi new vein or an existing vein get bigger... i start tensing it and try to will more blood into it or something...quite a comic sight i'd say.

When you do heavy deadlifts or rows, or any exercise where you need grip strength, chances are that you get crazy veins on your hands. Mine are nearly one centimeter wide.
