vBulletin Board Post Restrictor

I've been on a board before that has a post restrictor on it. Basically what that means is the it restricts the user from posting another post for a set amount of time, say, 30 secs. This way, it'll be harder for these jerks to post spam all over the place.

I know that they are signing up as multiple users, but still, surely it would help in some way.

Only thing is, i don't quite remember if it was a vBulletin board, but i'm pretty sure it was.

Perhaps our mods can implent this. Just a suggestion.
