I'm thinking I should eventually take some money from house flipping and buy vacation rentals in exotic destinations. I would start with Daytona Beach since it's close to me. I'd get a condo or something.

But eventually get them in Paris, Cancun, Sao Paolo, and places like that.

I bet chicks find that attractive.

Why are you trying to impress women? If you do it for yourself, then that's one thing. Doing it to impress others is completely different and not recommended. With that said, if you want to do this, best to buy a short sale or foreclosure. I am sure you can steal one that needs a little work and TLC around Daytona Beach. As for internationally, prob. not a good idea since you're not a citizen and different laws for foreign nationals owning property.

Well they have to be impressed by something about you if they're going to fvck you.

I can do it for my own life and to "impress," but seeing as attracting women is a main part of life, then it would enhance my life in that way also.
