V-day, recommend me a place to go on a Rainy day

Im 20 - so drinking places are not an option lol.

I was thinking about going to the beach but in oregon its gonna be cold. Weather says it will be around 50 F. I wanted to do something active like go ice skating. What are some places you suggest to do/go on a cold rainy day?

Open to anything, its not really for v-day it just happens to be that our day off from school is on V day.
