On the packaging it says to mix two teaspoons with milk 3 times a day. Do I really have to use it that much for gains? What if I just use it on days I work out? What do you guys recommend?

How much do you weigh? What is the rest of your diet like?

Gains don't come easily. You have to eat like a mother****er, at least 1.5g of protein and 18 calories per pound of bodyweight, every day, whether or not you work out. Six teaspoons of whey a day is really not that much.

Two teaspoons??

Try 4-6 tablespoons per serve, 3 times a day.

And have a steak before each serve.

manuva are you serious? I usually do 2 scoops (I'd say equivalent of 2-3 Tablespoons) per serving with a cup of skim/1% milk and I only do that once a day

I told you wrong my bad. I should of said 2 scoops instead of 2 teaspoons. They scoops are a good size about 2-3 tablespoons apiece.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
