"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Is it acceptable to use email to ask a girl out? The reason I ask is because there's a girl I work with who works at the other end of the building so I rarely see her at all at work, plus she has to share her phone extension with several other employees so I can't call her either. We have been emailing each other several times a week when we're at work and I initially sent her an email asking her to go out with me which she accepted and since then we email each other frequently. She also asked me out another time through email. But I've read that you should never ask for a date through email. Are there any exceptions? Of course she has a home phone as well so would it be better just to forget the email thing and only call her after work from now on to initiate a date? I find that email is more casual and I can say exactly the right thing but I'm not sure if this is the best approach either.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I think today in our world e-mail is just as common as a phone call so heck I see no reason why an e-mail is bad. The phone is the traditional route but what the heck...

An argument for a phone call is that it is more personable.

To me though, an email more convenient. Most people are at the computer at least once throughout a day, and can reply at their leisure.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Why don't you walk to her side of the building on your lunch break and ask her out in person? Face time is important!

Well, usually in the email she'll ask me to call her that night or I'll tell her to...but I think you're right, that I should meet with her face to face, which sometimes I do anyway but our schedules at work are so different (plus she's much higher up in the company than I am, so it's sometimes difficult).

I have been interested in her for a while but didn't really know how to approach her, so at first I sent her a couple of emails about work related issues, then slowly worked in some personal stuff (not too personal but not work related either). Eventually, the emails were completely non-work related and I got to know some things about her. Then one day I just asked her if she wanted to go out and have some drinks with me and she said yes.
