this is enough. See what is happening because of this. The whole bible is huge, it took me a month to read it. Anyway, its story time.

Little Barry Bonds sees a girl in the hall ( or subway or wherever you adults see girls - sorry, WOMEN) ands despairs. He has never asked anyone out before. What should I do. Barry bonds looks around and sees all his classmates ( colleagues) with pretty girls and thinks he can do it.

But how?" he asks.

He uses google and finds, after about five clicks, the only site that doesnt need your credit card number. He goes on the forum and pours his troubles in the post.

but you could put some more effort into it. Maybe even say what to read in the bible, and share your own story with it. But that doesnt give you that ego boost. By calling him an AFC, you imply that youre not one. But not to me. Theres nothing worse than some one who gets his kicks from posts like

Yes, this is a problem that has always existed, and it's far worse now than it's ever been. There are only a small number of helpful posters who actually offer rational advice to people who ask questions. For the most part, it's posts like you describe or absolute horrible advice...and of course the ultra emotional advice from bitter jilted guys who can't separate their last bad experience with the situation at hand and just advice "Next" without even thinking about it. There used to be so many more posters who actually gave good advice. Now there just isn't as many members actually growing and becoming truly helpful to newcomers.

Yeah...people need to be more like me. I believe mods should make an announcement about this. When I came here, it was pretty helpful and warm, but now, all I see are 20 new members a day who repeat what others repeat to them and rack up 500+ posts just so they can be "Master DJs" in 1 week or less.

Or you can just go and delete those stupid posts. They do not help at all. Ballooned egos are the #1 side-effect of sosuave.

We just don't need 20 million threads about people asking the same question when it is obvious they haven't read the bible yet. We developed it for a reason.

I close threads if the answer is read a bible. If you're so gung ho about helping those people who are too lazy to read the bible out then PM them for all I care.

They must be willing to make a sacrifice if they want help.
