The content is legitimate, and there is a lot of genuinely useful information that is explained very well.
When you watch the videos you also start to wonder whether, for some people, their own judgment can actually trap them in a kind of hamster wheel.

I mean, this man went through a divorce with a woman. He talks about his experience, and then all the commenters say how much they can relate to him. But almost nobody seems to ask: “Is it possible that your experience isn’t necessarily the experience of everyone else?”

Could it be that he simply doesn’t realize there are women out there who don’t behave this way?
That, yes, we men can use the advice he gives to build a better and more independent life, but at the same time, we might also feel more free if we recognize that there are genuinely good women out there, and that not every relationship is destined to follow the same pattern?
