Heard ofem. Some people swear that they feel the difference. I've switched from vitamin to vitamin for years and the only thing that made a difference to me was AnimalPak, and even that was not worth the $$. Imo, you probably are no better off with these than you are with flintstones chewable kid vitamins :)
