"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Do you think, that if the US Military Forces in Afghanistan withdrew in 2011. That the Brits, Canadians, Germans, Estonians, Italians, ANA and everybody else not mentioned (ISAF/NATO) could hack the good fight by themselves?

Do you think that if the latter coalition forces reinforced more troops, they will stand a chance? Is there any nation that can fill the void of American withdrawal?

I've been doing some research on this, and come to think of it. Its really an American show, America leaves? Its no show. Where is the backbone?

Taliban Insurgency:

Coalition/Afghan casualties: About 20,000

Taliban Casualties: About 15,000

Coalition-to-Taliban Numerical Ratio: Maybe 2-1, or 3-1.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I voted No. I'm sure coalition forces can stand their own ground, but you really need some kind of leadership to get anything done in that chaos.

True, just like when ROK and Australia started evacuating when the US gave up in Vietnam. I think it'll be just like that. But surely, with the British and Canadian Forces and having a British General commanding the ISAF Forces as aspose to the demoted US Army General Stanley McChrystal now, they can just reinforce troops and reorganize leadership rolls?

Because the average US soldier isn't any better than those guys.. They just lack numbers.

I saw on the news that among the new Afghan soldiers, 95% are illiterate and 98% have never driven a vehicle. Now we have learned that the first step is to teach them how to read and write, and then how to drive. Those are skills that we take for granted here in the US among new recruits.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I selected the first option. And I can not believe US military will truly withdraw from Afghanistan after several years' struggling.
This is a logical fallacy.

If I am a doctor and I make a wrong diagnosis and give my patient 100 dollars of wrong drugs, should I:

a) admit I was wrong and do somethign different

b) stay the course because hell, that 100 dollars is going to waste!! MORE OF THE SAME DRUG!!!

Logic...a powerful thing.

No we do'nt have to teach them ****. They can build their own ****ing schools and learn to read on their ****ing own. This nation building **** is exactly the kind of **** that's ruining our economy and country.

You're wrong moron. If there weren't any economic opportunities there, I would guarantee we wouldn't be over there.

There are plenty of unstable nations in the world that need foreign aid, many of these are more populated than Afghanistan, and you don't see us getting involved there.

Now, I'm all for questioning the decisions of our leaders, but do some fvcking research first.

lol he leads with a personal attack, first sign of a weak rebuttal. Ok please give me some examples instead of vague **** like "plenty of unstable nations." oooo sounds important. Give examples.

And just FYI, we have military bases in 170+ countries. How's that for being the world police?

And of course, they said the oil revenue from liberating the countries would pay for the war. yeah that's been working out great you know. all that oil money coming in ... oh wait what? There isn't any? What's that? We still have to borrow from the goddam Chinese to pay for the war?

lol, nation building and meddling in other countries' **** isn't our job. It's a waste of economic and human capital (lives).

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

No. That would be your awesome two party system and the people that run it... into the ground.

Yes oil was discovered. But where? There's oil everywhere, that doesn't mean you can reach it or its cost effective to do so.

I am pro American troops all the way, but we are only over there for two reasons: 1) Opium 2) Natural resources. Nothing more or less and our troops are dying because of OUR government's greed. Bring the troops back here as it would be better for our country to protect our borders.

You don't win a war in foreign territory by numerical superiority, you win it by convincing the locals that you'll offer them a better life. If the Talibans still control so much of Afghanistan it's not because they have more soldiers or because they're better trained, it's because the locals in those parts don't believe in our ability to make long-term changes for the country. If we could visibly improve life for afghans in regions controlled by the coalition, then we could win the war with less soldiers because the Taliban would lose some (or a lot) of their support base. But for now the sole focus seems to be on eradicating the Taliban through military action; obviously that's gonna require a lot more manpower. Especially with the press reporting civilian casualties all the time and making us look like bad guys.
