Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

It's legit. All the more reason to lift only 2-3 times per week. Or, at least, to breathe through reps.

If you can find how much more likely trumpet players are to get glaucoma, then you'll probably have a very rough estimate of how much lifting might put you at risk.

If you're worried that you're going to get glaucoma when you're 70, than stop lifting. I also like the title under the picture.... "Weightlifting can stress the body".

This action occurs during coughing, vomiting, playing wind instruments - and sometimes weightlifting.

Weightlifters, smokers, bulimics, and some musicians should all then have higher rates of glaucoma. That should be the next study after this one, to try and find the results that the research predicts.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

They even say in the article that weightlifting poses a small risk, as long as u breathe properly (which u should anyway) dont worry about it. Besides life is no fun without risks, I mean if u stop or not workout as much because of a SMALL chance of glaucoma, whats gonna happen, you gonna get fat or out of shape and die earlier anyway.
