"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hey guys,

Met a hot girl from online. 31 years old. We met last night for wine. Great chemistry. We made out 2 times in the bar, then we joked we should continue in the backseat of my car. We did. Heavy petting. Her rubbing my ****. Then she backed off, we walked to her car, and went home.

I thought this was in the bag.

Text at 8am: "Hey [my name]. Had fun, but Im gonna see where it goes w this guy I recently met. Thx for last night best of luck to u! :)"

What the **** just happened. And what should my response be? There was definite sexual chemistry.

Or do I just ghost?

Thanks guys

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

She was in the brief mood....obviously not enough to become a one night stand. Its over ... you will never hear from her again...just ignore and move on. Abe

It doesnt matter what happened. She is not interested. Dont text her.....who knows maybe down the road she texts you. And you can respond with the ever sly "who is this?"

She didn't ask for any response in her text, so don't.

You could try to keep her engaged in conversation, but until she knows if she'll get anywhere with the other guy, you'll just be wasting your time.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Not sure how to keep her engaged when she drops that bomb. Risk looking whining or needy?

In this situation I like writing back, "Good luck with that."

It's a civil sendoff but the semi-sarcastic tone tells her that you know whoever this other guy is can't hold a candle to you. Best case scenario you implant that in her head, it sabotages her relationship with this other guy, and she comes running back to you, the super confident man.

Sounds like an absolute power trip for her. I wouldn't be surprised if she has a bf or a guy she's been seeing that pissed her off. So she's going to take it out on someone else.

Atleast she had a little bit of decency & told you straight up. Sh*t she could of strung you along like some do. This isn't a hint, it's overt.

Idk, I might respond with a Thanks & leave it at that. GHOST

Thanks. I went with "good luck with that"

Maybe it'll sprout something

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I would say nothing. Keep her hamster spinning about whether you are talking to other women. She obviously liked you enough to mess around with you in your car, so I would not lose hope. Let her come back to you...let go of her in your head and do not jump on your feet if she contacts you. Be really cool about it and take a little longer to respond to the initial text. If she calls, let it go to voicemail and call her back later.

I would probably not respond at all. It's not a question.

Date other girls. If this were some fat chick would you be posting about it on this site?

If you genuinely tried to escalate, it is what it is. You went as far as you could.
She just dumped you.

It doesn't matter what you say or do now; it's over. Either let it go or F with her hamster....

HB: I'm gonna see how it works out with this other guy.

Mike: Yeah me too. I'm probably gonna turn gay now. Bye.

HB: <WTF? Am I THAT bad lol?>
