Urge to sh!t but no sh!t - Too much veggies perhaps?

So recently I start to eat more vegetables in my meals. Last week all my dinners are big Caesar Salads.

Since then I start to notice a change in my sh!ting habit. Normally I sh!t 1-2/day, but now I start to feel the urge to sh!t all day (especially when sitting), but when I go, most of the time there is only a little piece of sh!t or fart.

Have any of you experience the same thing? If yes, how do you fix it?

I read an article online about how some veg can actually CAUSE constipation.

I'll give you a couple secret recipes:

Raisin Bran, works within minutes. (eat one or two bowls and don't make any plans to go out).

Peanuts, they have tons of insoluable fibers... if you eat a few before bed at around 7 or so and then sleep on it, you will wake up with the need to go.

Yogurt, works wonders but you need to drink/eat at least a bowl full.

Hamburgers, especially Burger King.

INDIAN FOOD (this is like a nuclear weapon, my wife and I are fighting over the bathroom after an hour's walk home). Recommend Palak Paneer and Chana Masla with Nan bread.

Finally, dancing... a good dance session on a full stomach and you'll be running for the bathroom. I recommend eating half to a full pizza and then going out to a club for a few hours. I have yet to have this fail, usually somewhere between 3 or 4 hours and lots of water my stomach will give me the green light.

The Bathroom is my favorite place in the house and favorite time of the day. In my old house I use to have a tv, gaming mags, comic books... almost an entire library of interesting stuff to read. Anyway... there you are. :)

You know there's this craze going around to keep your fiber intake high. Ever heard of Kashi cereal? Perfect example

It may be the case that the veggies you eat once in the bowel start to ferment therefore creating air which leads to farts or simply force you to push sh1t which is at a early stage and that would not be pushed away yet otherwise.

You are probably accelerate a process which would usually take more time thats why you sh1t pieces twice a day instead of a bulk only once, regarding the farts its probably fermantation of those veggies with bowel bacteria.

I suggest something like a complex carbohydrate. And there's a laundry list of them.
