Ur fears inside our head and Rejection

Im 23 livin in nyc n had a certain good amount of past success with girls. Now im back in the field n trying to get rid of approach anxiety. Also i dont like rejection but who doesnt. Like earlier yesterday I was in the train n saw 2girls sittin down in the train. Once I came inside i saw them instantly.

1 looked good, the other didnt. U know wat i did? i turned quickly n acted like i didnt notice them durin that whole ride like 15mins till i had to leave. N the sad thing is that i can feel that both of them was watchin me. Now im pretty good with EC wit good lookin girls but sometimes im jus thinking about every1 else around me is thinkin bout me especially if i mess up. Have any ideas n i kno i need to be more confident easier said then done.......

Nothing anyone can do or say will make you more confident in approaches. You have to find this yourself. Watching others may help, but you're going to gain the talent by doing it multiple times on your own.

basically What everyone says is to have a "don't care" attitude..... who cares what others will think. Living in NYC most likely you won't even see those people again.

Livin in nyc for all my life n the stuff that i been thru i do have that i dont care attitude but in certain areas. For some reasons with good looking girls i dont have that attitude. I think alot of us can agree, u kno when u see the supposedly tough man or real strong guy but in reality they scared to talk to girls too. Its about ur heart i guess n how mental tough u are...... U can go thru every sickness, ppl dying in ur family, fightin all the time, poor livin situations. Somehow surive all of that but when u see a good looking girl u feel intimated or feel rejection in ur mind. Kind of crazy
