“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

guys i have a quick question regarding Abs

i have about 2.5 to 3 months before college begins, and i really want to spend that time getting rid of the fat on my upper torso, namely, my stomach and my chest. i have a good amount of chest muscles, but the extra fat covers it up, making chest muscles look like small man boobs. the stomach fat is by far the lamest part on my body. it's not a MAJOR issue, but the sight of the extra fat makes me shudder (my waist is like 36 right now. used to be 38 :D)

ive tried:
a) many sit ups, but the muscle building is out of proportion; only the top 2 of the 6 pack get worked out, and crunches and other ab machines hardly work the middle and lower 2 packs.

so my question is....

what are really GREAT and EFFICIENT ways WITHOUT use of drugs or vitamins or some crap to get rid of the fat on my chest and stomach within 3 months? i want to get to the point where i can at least take my shirt off in public confidently. i could definitely work on chiseling and defining the muscles while im at college, but right now i want to get rid of the excess fat so that i can show at least the preview of the muscles that are bound to come out.

do i do aerobic exercises first to flush fat out then build muscles on my upper torso, or do i do both @ the same time?

SOMEONE PLZ HELP!!!!:cuss:

You can't spot reduce. Work your abs out as much as you want but if they are covered in a layer of fat they will never show.

The above poster knocked it on the head. Check the link up the top 'guide to cutting up'.

Good luck.

running = bad for strength and muscle gains. stick to walking unless you're not interested in muscle mass, in which case running will get you quicker results.

Vitamins aren't crap. You should be taking multivitamins every day, not for fat loss but for overall health.

And stop doing situps thinking that's going to reduce your bellyfat.

It's great how people refuse to do research on their own, but insist on taking the advice of people they haven't met.

This is a health and fitness forum, fifty bucks says theres at least 20 threads here about losing body fat. 100 bucks says theres thousands of websites, forums, study results and such out there directed at losing bodyfat. I would also put my LIFE on the fact that there are plenty of books written about diet and exercise. Do your own research, please, and stop asking others to do it for you.

pay your f-cking dues like the rest of us. you got fat by eating like ****, that's your fault, losing fat is simple but it's hard work and doesn't come overnight. you had a 38" waist.. once that becomes 32" or 34", by that time your chest fat will have gone away as well.

it's like people saying they want 20" biceps but they're 150lbs (with a full stomach), guess what, you gotta pay your dues and bulldoze your way up to 250lbs to get arms like that. it's the same principle here. lose fat and it will disappear from everywhere over time.

now get off your ass and do your cardio, 45 mins every morning on an empty stomach, watch your carbs and keep weight training, don't overmix carbs and fats. drink a gallon of green tea or take the equivalent in extract pills, it's a great antioxidant and nature's thermogenic.

In 3 months you can easily lose your fat, and also get muscle underneath it. You need to be going to the gym AT LEAST 4 times a week for starters and you have to change your diet asap. Stay away from white grains and eat whole grain (including pasta) you need to get protein (tuna, red meat) but not too much of it, simply put you should be monitoring your eating so that you eat a good healthy meal after a workout with lots of vegetables and a little bit of meat. The next step is to do at least 10 minutes of cardio before your workouts. Some people say this is anticlimatic to you gaining muscle, but in fact if you get your body to start metabolising from 10 minutes on a bike or treadmill you will actually transform your fat into muscle. I also would suggest having a private consultation with a fitness trainer at your gym as he/she will be able to cater a plan specific to your needs. I have seen a friend of mine who we used to call "chubbykins" go from that to a hugely noticable difference in 3 months, it is possible to do, just requires strong commitment.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

what I bolded was about the only piece of good advice in your post. you have much to learn.. however 3 months can make a huge difference if you're committed.

Did you actually just say TRANSFORM fat into muscle? This isn't alchemy. Fat is a lipid. Muscle is a protein. You must LOSE the fat, and GAIN the muscle. You can not honestly believe that fat can be turned into muscle. That is absurd.

Also don't listen to the advice given by the gym fitness trainers. 9 times out of 10 it's horrible advice.

i noticed how every1 was burning me in the beginning but let's get some things straighted out here.

you f*ckin *******s assume that ive been sitting on my ass for the 10 years eating piles of sh*tty foods and i show up on this site and ask for advice with no workout experience under my belt? ****heads, let me tell you. ive been working out for quite some time. over some years ive lost a lot of weight gained a lot of muscles, but this is another wall that i need to overcome to get where i want, and i figured since ppl here might know some good information, i should post something here. the fat i have on me now are the scraps left over from the big fat problem, and since most of them are gone, i figured i might as well follow through and see if there are better and more productive alternatives to losing the weight.

ANYWAY with that said and done...

1) YES! I do plan on going to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week!! ill definitely use that advice of 10 min. of cardio. i didnt know it helped get rid of the fat.

2) I did my RESEARCH before this post(f*ckin *******s..) and I found a post about the GUERILLA CARDIO exercise thing, and i was wondering, does that thing really work? This is my first week of trying it out, and I have 7 more weeks to go with absolutely nothing to lose. commitment is not an issue, but i was wondering if any of you tried this GUERILLA CARDIO out and got some good results??

heres the link btw: http://www.cs.unm.edu/~wneumann/file...lla_cardio.pdf

3) as for what Warboss Alex said, ive heard that many times, that a lot of cardio can burn your muscles away, and im aiming towards building muscle, so should i really do 45 min. cardio a day before breakfast like Warboss said or should i just do it every other day during the week?

thanks 4 the help guys; id appreciate it greatly if u guys give me some feedback for these questions, but in the meantime im still working out, trying to eat right, and staying committed to them. so stop burning me :)

MORE IS NOT BETTER. DO THE 10 MIN POST WORKOUT.

YOU'VE GOT TO TRY IT AND SEE. WE CAN'T TELL YOU WHETHER IT'D WORK FOR YOU OR NOT.

YOU'VE NOT GOT MUCH LESS FAT TO LOSE, HENCE IT'S HARDER TO GET RID OF. I'D GO WITH DAILY CARDIO PERSONALLY (EXCEPT LEG DAY) BUT HEY, YOUR CALL.

IF YOU WANT TO GAIN MUSCLE AS WELL YOU'D BETTER BE EATING A LOT. POST YOUR DIET AND STATS.

thanks 4 the help guys; id appreciate it greatly if u guys give me some feedback for these questions, but in the meantime im still working out, trying to eat right, and staying committed to them. so stop burning me :)

Seeing as how you had NO mention of any program or any 'technique' in your original post, I made the assumption that you had failed to do any research. Now if you had said "I read up on the Guerilla Cardio" or something like that, then it would've shown that you had some basic knowledge under your belt. Just asking "What should I do" says to me that you're just tossing the question out there because you have basically no idea what you're doing. Was I correct? Judging by the quoted post, not so much. Was my assumption a just one? IMO, very much so. Do I aplogize? No. Am I rambling? Yes.

i dont mean to be all angry or anything, but i was just annoyed @ the fact that ppl who are supposedly here to help arent really helping, and besides if other ppl have posted this kind of question, just how difficult is it to punch in a few keys and give the same answer that you're already knowledgeable about? id be less hostile and defensive if ppl stopped jumping to conclusions and just gave me something helpful to build up on.

and as for the claim that i didnt read up on the guerilla cardio;

u warm up jog for about 4minutes with stretching done before the warmup, then u sprint like 90-100% for 20 seconds, slow down for 10, then start the cycle again for 8 times with no breaks, then u cool down for another few minutes. it also says if u do it on an empty stomach u supposedly burn 3 times as much as fat than after eating.

okay, so it's just HIIT with a fancy name.. personally I believe HIIT has its place depending on your fitness levels and bodyweight but even so it can be very taxing on your recovery so I'd restrict it to once or twice a week at most, or maybe just once if you're looking to add muscle as well - sprinting will do a number on your legs so keep your HIIT as far away from squat day as possible.

honestly I think anyone can get ripped on just slow cardio and a good diet - some will disagree of course. slow cardio also doesn't interfere with your weight training (in fact it enhances it) which can only be a good thing for muscle growth and body recomp therefore.
