Is your mind going back to that girl who dumped you? Or about how nothing good is going on in your life? Or the happy relationships of people around you including friends and family?
Do you feel lonely sometimes? Or maybe lots of times? Or just plain bored?
If any of these symptoms match, you need to unplug yourself immediately.
What do I mean by Unplugging? I mean, stay away from social media (FB, twitter, instagram, hell even internet if you can). Stay away from mainstream media & news. Stay away from TV. Stop watching movies. Stop going to YouTube.
No you are not giving away your life, but rather you are reclaiming your life. We all have a limited amount of time. And if you are wasting it on media you are missing something great with your life.
You see all these so called "entertainment" gives you false hope. They blind you from reality. They make addictive content, just so they have your attention so that they can show you advertisments and give you even more false hope.
The reality is totally different. You will see it only once you unplug.
I did that and it has changed me. I have stopped believing what media shows. I have stopped caring about other people and so called friends.
If i want to find out about someone, I call them. Ask them how are you?
You wouldn't believe how it has improved my relationships with others.
Go ahead. Try it for a month and see the difference.
