Iron Addict says it is a not go, so that means it is a no go.
Iron Addict is kinda odd at times. He told me i'm likely to never correct my posture no matter what I do. (i'm not even that screwed up)
Lots of other places seem to be quite insistent that posture change through stretching and strengthening is very possible. Even stronglifts has lots of stuff about it on his blog, and my one ex corrected her shoulders' forward slump through a personal trainer. I don't know why iron addict would act like there's nothing you can do. All he said was "i don't believe in that."
It seems like every guru out there has some weird ideas like Poliquin's supplement recommendations where like every recommendation he has is "take lots and lots!"
