Hey Madafakas,
Of course you guy's have no idea who I am. I've been friends with Daddy The Pimp all my life, and it is he who introduced me to everything I know about the female species.

The Enlightenment:

Dudets, when you comprehend the nature of the game, several things happen. As a person you begin to understand that not only do you have to know a lot about the female psychic, but you also have to analyze everything around you. You begin to use openers, negs, freeze-out and whatever the fawk there is out there nowadays.
All of these theories and methods seem to you so worthy and so interesting that you deny any criticism, you ignore everything else and continue using these false realities to gain some status and respect by your peers.

The Dawn before the Awakening:

Guys, to be fully honest with you Me and Daddy the Pimp have fully given up using any kind of method, any kind of analytical system to understand and control certain scenarios. The reason being is that there is no fawkin way you can train for what is outside, what is lurking in the deepest pits. The only method is action, and action provides experience, with experience comes choice, and with choice comes success.

Forget, pick-up lines, forget negs and freeze-outs. The only way forward, the only way to evolve is by taking action and doing it fluidly not logically or calculated actions, but actions which are there to pleasure you or gain experience.

I was sitting with Daddy the Pimp yesterday near his pool at about 3-4 am just talking about our evolved sense of the game and our understanding of how we will evolve and how we have changed as characters. He told me he is planning to write a fascinating book about not the success he has had, but about the reality of the game and how you actually better yourself as a person and become someone who people aspire to be.

Flashes of the Past:

Dudes, before I used to be integrated so much within this mind set of the game, within these theories and methods that I completely forgot to actually act like a human being and converse for the sake of conversing with people. I became over analytical, every movement, every touch had meaning for me, therefore i planned things in head a few steps before. Now after 3-4 years of doing that, sometimes I have these flashes of thoughts in my head while I'm talking to a girl which i fancy and I become ridiculously analytical, making me not enjoy a single moment with this girl which is fascinating.

For you to comprehend what I'm saying, you must firstly understand that Me and Daddy the Pimp have done it almost all, we fawkin did everything in the book, from the 1st page to the last page. However, now I have become so much more interested in the female species, I have come to the point where I actually have a choice and decid which girl I want to have, not in the sexual sense all the time, but character wise. I see the female species as a amazing sphere of knowledge awaiting my arrival to be opened and fill me with experiences which cannot be gained otherwise.

Me and Daddy The Pimp will hopefully fill this topic with several analogies of the "game" and try to fill your brains with true knowledge, none of the bull**** with openers and other **** which isn't important and does not fulfill your soul with experiences which you will never forget.
These few days, I and DTP will prepare something extravagant for you guys.

I like what you're saying here. I've been thinking for some time now that most of this pickup stuff is bullsh!t. Get out there and experience life. That will teach you all you need to know.

The pick-up **** is there only to help you understand that these things are doable, but it is not there to use for the rest of your natural fawkin life.
It shouldn't be a task to get the girl you want, it should be a pleasurable sequence of events which happen naturally.

They do have valid points, however they still have the mind frame from an analytical point of view, they still need these gimmicks to start them off, to give them the boost of confidence they need so desperately.

Well, they've got cavemanning, the claw, breaking tonality, and all sorts of ridiculous exercies to get you "in state" just off the top of my head.
I do think RSD puts out some really good stuff, miles ahead of things like Mystery Method, even though they're a little heavy on the Buddhism and New Age type stuff.

Well, in my opinion this is all you have to hear from pickup. This post sums it all up. Fvck everything you read and simply go out and experience things.

You guys have no idea how many epiphanies you can experience in an action night. You will learn things that will blow your fvcking mind.

I introduced PoliticalCrisis to the community but this is the guy that made the first approach ever, while we were struggling to find the right opener. This guy has evolved so much that you can sense his entitlement by the way he talks to you.

I'm struggling to find time to write on this forum but soon we will put up some stuff that is going to help you instantly, but NEVER without getting your ass on the field.

Here is my take, these are not gimmicks but they are techniques

cavemanning - there is a place in the world for this, looking back at my life there were definitely times I should have done it in a more caveman way. I’m also guessing it works better in clubby type environments (or done much more subtly elsewhere) and for an old boy like yourself Zekko (no offense!) it probably doesn’t fit too easily.

the "claw" - when I first heard of this claw, I was like WTF!!! REALLY WTF!!
But its just a silly name they gave it (they are having fun with it!).
The longer a guy leaves physicality the more awkward it gets, this is a way you can naturally, smoothly, easily initiate the physical part quickly without awkwardness.
People, it’s like a side hug - where you put your arm round her shoulder - its kinda subtly dominant too and allows you to 'guide' the girl.

getting in state - guys need to be in state for what ever they are doing (chatting to women, in the gym, at work etc...),how many times have guys gone to places and not been in the mood to socialize, you want to but you just cant, so the time is wasted!
RSD says to find your own method for getting in state, they also say you can use approaches to build up to a good threshold of state (which then lasts the night) this is a good idea.
I find music (dance) is best for me; hypes me up, gets me happy,

Ultimately different methodologies will suit different people, although I feel strongly that RSD – being a Natural - fits most with being a DJ than anything else – being a Natural - and your strong sense of self will spill over to other areas of life
Many guys on SS supplement their knowledge with PU stuff, guys look what is out there and find what suits you best!

I have looked through MM and Magic Bullets by Savoy, these provide good background knowledge for game

Also importantly PU will not help you understand LTR’s too much… I suggest you supplement this website with Doc Love for that part of life

I really like this thread and I read alot of testimonials from guys about there "Journey and new observations on the Game".

But in all honesty, I've been Picking Up for about 8 months. Theres nothing WRONG with using routines starting out. Infact, any approach and any opening to a conversation to a female is a routine. When Pick Up or Gaming becomes a problem, is with "Information Overload" and a sense of this top top secret Pick Up underworld community where 99% of regular average guys haven't a clue.

Too many guys are doing too much reading and not DOING enough field-work. The pitfall of Picking Up, is not having any other budds interested in this field, so you feel like an outkast in some respects.

Persistance and faith within is what keeps me going, but I honestly feel like wetting some guys with the holy water off scriptures from the DJ Bible when I'm out, laughing at them when I hear there cheesy Pick Up lines and begging tactics, but I need not forget where I came from, I was there too at one point.

What's helped me in a few areas with Women, is taking what I NEED in this community and applying it to what I have already, that is in all honesty, the best "METHOD" to have.

I didn't say any of the "gimmicks" I mentioned were bad. Whether or not you call them gimmicks or techniques is just a matter of semantics IMO.
Here's the first definition of gimmick from dictionary.com:

an ingenious or novel device, scheme, or stratagem, esp. one designed to attract attention or increase appeal.

That's pretty much how I meant it.
Anyway, I agree the RSD method fits in with the DJ thing better than a lot of other methods.
I haven't read any Doc Love, I'll have to look into it.

Come back in 20 or 30 years (you don't say how old you are), you might have a different point of view.

Well thats the problem.

Trust me guys, reading alot and not taking action does not only delay the progress but even makes it harder.

Think of the whole pickup knowledge as cotton ball full of needles. And imagine that you need to use that cottonball so badly. Think of needles as little things that will harm you. Now reading will give you the cotton ball with needles. Doing field-work is like slowly going to take the needles off it. Than, when you do enough field experience, you get the pure cotton ball, that you can use it later in your life, without the needles.

Yeah, yucky analogy. But i hope you guys understood it. We are intelligent beings .

So taking action in field will remove unnecessary stuff that will ruin your relationships with other people and will harden your interactions if you don't exercise it. Taking action will strengthen that muscle (pickup).

If you read theory and apply it right away its going to bring you guys incredible results.
