Unclump your poop while taking whey!

My friend is a amateur bodybuilder and when i told him about how whey is nasty and makes your poop clumpy, he told me a trick

eat a bit of something (piece of wheat bread, chicken something healthy)before you take your whey and it won't clump as much.

i'm going to try this out, whereas before i just took the whey right when i got home.

anyone else tried this and how are your results?

u sure that whey makes you poop and clumpy?

if your body doesnt use the protein, you simpily p*ss it out.

besides, if you are lifting, you're using the energy that you get from the whey.. (assuming that they have carbs).

Yes it does.


There is science, what you learn by reading, and there is applied practice, what separates men from book nurds. Taking whey protein makes your poop clumpy.

djSlvt but no offense but your comments are really lousy, and I don't just mean this thread. If dont know what you're talking about, dont say anything. Or at least be somewhat amusing so people can assume you're joking when you don't make any sense.
