I just started a new weight routine with a buddy, different than any I had been doing... My buddy is really pushing me hard. I have only done two workouts so far in this new routine, and either I need glasses or I am seeing results this quick.. I actually THINK I see a *slight* difference in the mirror..
Is that possible to see results after only 2 workouts??? I figured it would take at least a month..
