“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ok all you hard gainers out there try this mother of all weight gain drinks I often use. Works a treat.

1 pint milk
2 whole eggs
Whey powder
Weight gain powder
1 cup oats
2 scoops ice cream
Banana
Fresh Strawberries
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon glutamine
Sprinkling of cinnamon

It aint pretty and it aint particularly scientific but it tastes pretty good and will certainly help put weight on. Makes a good breakfast if I can't be bothered cooking.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Boil eggs for 1 minute if it worries you but ive never had a problem. Don't make the mistake of removing the yolks either.

That looks like a hell of a protein shake. Any idea how many calories are in the ingredients combined that don't change(banana, peanut butter, etc) Excluding the stuff that changes like the type of protein powder and weight gainer?

Probably about a good1000 total, ive never really tried working it out!

Peanut butter 600kcal per 100g so about 100-150 per shake.
Banana - not sure - 80-100??

Milk about 150ish but thats fat free milk, could use whole milk for more.

Strawberries? No idea

Oats - perhaps 100 tops

Very little gastric trouble

I don't know if that would all fit in my blender.

That's a good idea about putting raw eggs in a shake. I was afraid of salmonella, but now i guess It's ok.

Where do you get those?
No prob to leave the powders out - there is plenty of calories, protein, carbs and good fats in there without - As an aside its not ideal nutritional practice to mix fat and carbs at the same meal - but when youre aim is merely to bulk up and are not too concerned about body comp or lean body mass it doesnt really matter.

If you can get some weight gainer then so much the better. Im in the UK so as far as weight gain powders go (as opposed to whey powders) I buy good domestic brands. Chemical Nutrition Pro Mass is a good one and sells in the USA. Pro-lab N-Large2. Or buy separate whey and carb powders. Do a search, this stuff is easy enough to get hold of. Maybe you guys in the US could give him some good links for cheap supplements??

At your age i am assuming you just want to bulk up so you dont have to get too fancy with supplementation anyway. Just the very basics.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
