"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

"Whenever there is a significant age gap involving someone who is considerably young, the scenario raises questions. Yes, young teenage girls are attracted to older men, but it is one thing to think about something as opposed to acting out on it. Yes, it is legal for a man of the mid-twenties to engage in sexual relations with an eighteen year old girl and is not inherently wrong; that so long as a girl is legal and not a relative, things are kosher; but the scenario always raises peripheral issues. Usually with this type of situation something is significantly wrong in terms of mental health of the participants. Usually how things pan out is the girl comes from an abusive or neglectful/abandoned childhood and attaches herself to a guy who is either taking advantage of her or is immature. So, I would say go for it but that to evaluate what’s wrong with either her or yourself and if so that you may want to get that checked out."

Some of these young women who become quickly attached to an older man have been abandoned by their father or are escaping an unpleasant family life. These will usually lead to unhealthy relationships regardless of the age of the man. These women are escaping something and immediately want the perfect family that they never had. I try to screen out these and stay away from them.

However, there are many 18 y.o. women who feel uncomfortable or incompetent in the bedroom and want to learn how to please a man and experience the ultimte pleasure from their bodies. They will frequently go to an older, patient, experienced man for this training. I've seen some of these young women gain so much confidence and change all parts of their life after they've been with me. (get rid of their abusive BF, go to college, move out on their own, stand up to people, become responsible with money, etc.) I've been told a few times that they want to learn bedroom skills for use in the future when they find Mr. Right. I have a 19 y.o. FB in training right now.

There is another group of young women that guess me at 25 to 28 y.o., failing to ask my real age (44). This happened 2 nights ago, so I have a phone number for a 20 y.o. When they come home with me, it's because I make them feel so good about themselves. The next morning, I just give them driver's license and hear them say "WTF, you're older than my dad" while a big smile appears on their face.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
