There are times where there is nothing we can do. The best thing you can do is cut ties as much as you can. Also Getting married in the first place was the hardest step. Now the hardest part is stepping down. Just take a walk. At the end of the day people care about you. Or have noticed what has been going on for a while.

Vantage- I've gone down that same path you are on. Scara is right, you will live to see a better day and become a better person. Find somebody you can talk to that is a good listener.
