Turned down a single mom for a "one night stand".

Long story short, while out on a road trip... I had a single mom with a couple of kids flat-out tell me that she wanted a one-night stand with me. She was attractive and a lot of fun, but one of my standards is that I don't go for women with kids...I've put my life together very well and am completely happy across the board; it's not worth risking any of that for one night of sex.

...I don't want kids, and I definitely don't want to be daddy to somebody else's kids along with one of my own due to a crazy ***** poking holes in the condom or whatever. Where do you guys stand on the issue? I'm completely against bothering with any woman with a kid simply due to protecting myself and the life that I've built. I'm perfectly fine with this and have a large pool of 20-30 year olds in my home town to the point where skipping an opportunity at easy sex to ensure my future won't kill me...

Being able to turn down girls who are less than ideal, knowing full well that you can and will have opportunities with better options around the corner is "alpha" as it gets. Not being able to think for yourself and living in compromise because sex is that much of thing to you, is "beta" as can be.

Exactly...she's already had at least a deadbeat ex-husband, if not two separate dumbasses come into play. It's not worth risking a scenario where she has your kid and you're also stuck with adopting the other two as your own while paying for what the other two deadbeats are running from.
