Most women are used to being able to have sex with any guy they want whenever they want. So, turn things around on her by refusing to "give it up" to her. After all, who does she think you are? You're not that kind of guy. You're not some promiscuous slut. You have respect for your body! Your principles dictate that you won't give it up until at least the fifth date.

Not necessarily. Remember, people always want what they can't have, and a woman will be more likely to be attracted to someone who is a challenge than yet another dude offering it on a plate to her.
