yello...

well , what im trying to do right now is get my conversation skills to a peak where i can just go up to any person guy or chick , from business women to stock brokers, i just like to talk to people but i want to just have that aura about myself that i can have fun and talk to anyone.

you all know what i mean right , ever seen that one person that can say hi to anyone and make them adleast laugh.

well theres lots of topics on building conversaton but now it just seems like im trying wayy to hard, when i want to tak to someone i think of things im sopossed to say and it really sets me off, once in awhile il have a good convo with someone but its usually someone i already know.

i thinking about just saying fawk everything and stop reading all this because its really not getting me anywhere.

can i get some advice from a helping hand... ha

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

The reading is not the one that is not getting you anywhere, it is YOU. YOUR attitude. If you want it bad enough you will do anything to get it.

Do you think Michael Jordan is/was as successful as he is becuase he quit? Of course not. You have heard this a million times, your gonna hear it again. He got cut from his high school basketball team, instead of quiting he put in work. Look at him today. You only get back what you put in.

Maybe your gonna have to start by doing small things like saying "hi" to strangers on the street, then work your way up to compliments and so fourth; but you cannot quit now.

I use to be just like you. Im not even done with boot camp and I find myself walking across the street to talk to girls, sitting down at tables to talk to them, just basically doing anything I can to talk to them. It is a reward in itself.

A universe...where heartbreak and sadness have bee
MJ also had a love for the game.

Sure, you may want to get away from all this, but when you walk by that girl who has a waist like ) ( and hips like ( ) and gives you that big ol' smile, you're not gonna be able to help yourself, because you're just a horn-dog like that. Even though you came to do your own thing, once she throws you that, it's game-on.

Put a B-ball in MJ's hands and see how long it takes him to start dribbling or tossing it around.

Yeah I'm with that.

It gets hard because once you're training to develop a social skill every social situation becomes a training situation (ie work).
One solution is to define when you're "training" and when you're hangin out.

Early on I had a "DJing shirt" that I only wore when I was out doing DJ (street approach) practice. The other times I wouldn't be under that pressure to be making approaches.

Now I use a simpler technique but I won't post it here cos it sounds very very silly. ;)
