"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Well.. After my devastating breakup of a 5 year LTR, I have managed to get better in terms of pain but even still... a year and a half later... I still get that awful feeling in my gut and i hate it because it brings me down. Although i F*ckin hate it.. i cant seem to shake it off and recently found out a female friend contacted my EX on FB to ask her why did she still have pictures related to me in her profile... I was pissed and said "Why the F*ck did you do that!?" she got sad because now i was pissed at her and even more... my ex told her that i didnt treat her good and shes happy now getting married. i didnt need to hear that Sh*t, Plus I treated her bad? Damn that boils me up!. Ive been going out and having fun with friends and just trying to keep my mind off of the negative things that has happened to me.

Since about March, ive gone on a rampage in terms of female action... Where ever i went, a house party, A bar, a strip bar, a Bar B Q... i got it in with the girls. Some fun things included hooking up with the "hard to get" bartender, had her in the back of my friends convertible while he was drivin, she was riding me. Had another girl i met at a party.. in the hot tub of a hotel, i went in!. Picked up girls at the bar and hookin up. Got strippers numbers and went in on them too... They would try to detach themselves from me because i wouldnt spend much cash, if any, lol but i knew they found me attractive so i got it in with some of them. After all that,.. at tiimes i still feel dragged down by sadness... WTF man.

Today i felt like total crap for some reason and yes i was thinking of my ex but i wasnt trying to.. its a feeling i get in my chest that i cant stand. maybe im missing the closeness i once had? I dont know....

At the gym today i hyped myself to speak to a girl i found attractive.... i usually have females checking me out or giving EC but dont feel like doing anything or maybe im just being a puzzy but really, the down feelings makes me feel unmotivated and empty. Anyway There she was... The Blonde with blue eyes, cute face and an ass you could spank all day long lol she was on the treadmill with her friend... i saw them looking at me earlier while i was on the bench press. I stood aside by the locker rooms so when she passed by, i was going to say something but as soon as they got off they headed for the exit.. i was like ahh F*ck.... Thinking, damn should i go? Okay im going. I got up and followed them outside then i stopped them. They both looked back and smiled big when i approached. I went straight in...

ME: Hey,... I dont mean to bother you but i thought you were beautiful
Her: Giggling... ::Stood staring at me smiling:::
Me: Whats your name?
Her: Allison,.. Whats your name?
Me: Oh thats nice... im I2TG ::then i asked her friends name so her friend didnt feel left out:: Whats your name?
Her Friend: Ohh Christine ::smile::
Me: ::Saw a ring on her finger:: Oh.. you married?
Her: Oh no no... Im just seeing someone..
Me: Oh yea?... Well i couldnt help but to come out and talk to you anyway
Her: :Smiles:: What are you? :Nationality:
Me: Im Hispanic, italian
Her: Oh thats nice..
Me: Well i dont want to take up your time but it was nice meeting you, look forward to seeing you again
Her: ::smiles:: okay see you later
Her friend: ::smile:: byee

I had them smiling and it seemed to go well but i felt i could of done better, f*ck it though.. Man.. that Blonde has some azz lol should i continue to push it? i know she finds me attractive and wasnt cold towards me in the least bit but feel i could work it. What you guys think?

Also, flirted with a girl in my local store and she kept smiling at me... but then found out shes 17 lol Damn i thought she was 20 atleast.

Anyway... i felt i needed to vent i guess but what should i do about that down feeling,.. Ill admit it bothers me a bit that my Ex is getting married immediately after me and moved in with the guy about 2 months after she left but i dont want to care anymore and its just... F*ckin me up mentally. Maybe because i really loved her that it still bothers me but damn.. i need to break free from this....

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Stuff like that is always going to hit you to some degree, especially with a woman you spent a significant amount of time with. The woman who drove me here is engaged to a 50 year old child-beater. But then I think about all the bull5hit he has to put up with... all her mood swings, her infrequently shaved legs, her dumbass family, her being a slob, and the child she had with the dumbass she returned to who like to beat the 5hit out of her. After thinking about all that 5hit, it makes me smile.

Think about the things her poor fiance has to deal with, no matter how small. I guarantee that it'll make you smile knowing that he has to put up with that 5hit and YOU DON'T!

A year and a half is a long time to pour your emotional energy into someone who doesn't give a damn about you. I did that for three years over a woman who didn't love me. One day I woke up and realized how fvcking stupid I was for wasting so much energy and time on someone who wasn't part of my life. You need to realize that it's all wasted time and energy you could spend on something (or someone) more worthy of recieving it.

IMHO,

On the interaction, should have sticked with the main girl. Going to her friend immediately shows you are unsure which girl you want.

Also, I would have had something in common to talk to them about, other than they are beautiful - they must get that 10 times a day. When she asks you where you are from, ask the same thing back, don't just let it die. Find out what you have in common with them, sports, dance, camping, etc.

Never understand guys who continue love girls who treat them like crap. If a girl stole your money you would crush her, a girl marries another guy in less than 8 months and you still love her?

I don't think you are down about the love, I think you are so upset you got played and werent a good negotiator. If she told you you don't make enough money or aren't tall enough, you would feel better, but the fact that she out negotiated you, makes you angry.

I didnt say anything much to her friend other than whats your name, just to include her and not get C*ckblocked in some way. Its good IMO to open up a girl and her friends so her friends see you in a positive light as well.

I left out that i did ask her back where she was from, if i remember correctly she was german and irish. I should of continued the convo better but when she said she was seeing someone, it put me off a bit but i wanted to still talk. maybe if she was alone i would of kept it going but ill see what vibe i get from her when i see her again.

As for why i love someone that treats me like crap, Yeah she did a number on me at the end but its hard to just not give a F*ck when you were close to marrying someone that you wanted to spend your life with. Again, i dont dwell on it nor do i try thinking or opening old wounds but when that feeling comes over me, its hard to just ignore it.

Hey man, I'm sure it's pretty tough what you are going through. 5 years, about to get married, and bam! It's rough, but life goes on.

Sometimes things fall apart so better things can come together. Sounds pretty cliche, but it's true. It may be a blessing in disguise.

As for getting over it, it is different with each individual. For some people, it is a gradual transition that takes them months, years. They slowly but surely get over it by doing things they love, pursuing their other passions in life and become emotionally and spiritually satisfied with things not relating to that woman.

For others, it's an abrupt realization that may blindside you one day. For some reason, you might just wake up one day and realize how much better your life is, and how much time you wasted griping and loathing after this woman who is no longer in your life.

Hopefully it'll happen one of these two ways. The other possibility is that some people just don't get over it, and those feelings lead them to a dark path. Not the right choice to go.

What you have to do is realize that although the times you have with her were nice, it's time to mature and grow from this incident, and rise from this situation.

Or maybe it's not that you are wallowing on how much you still have feelings for her, but you are actually just emotionally torn about how she could just so quickly rebound and lead a good life again while you are still being torn up.

Either way, it's time to get up and move on.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
