I inadvertently discovered this and it really works. Did you ever wake up in the morning and say "I think Im finally ready to ask this girl out" but then later on you chickened out as usual. Well hopefully this tip will help you. What I did was told my friends that if they saw a particular girl (lets call the girl Anna) to tell me. They asked why and I said becasue Im gonna ask her out. The next time I saw her I was with my friends and I chickenned out...... BUT I realized that if I didnt ask her my friends would make fun of me for the rest of my life for *****ing out. So I ended up asking her so my friends wouldnt think Im a *****. So just tell your friends and you'll have no choice but to do it.

PS Anna rejected me but at least I did it.

lol, this has never worked for me. I know what you're saying though.

I used to tell my friends I'd ask a chick out but when opportunity arised they cheer me on like "yea, go ahead man" but then I'd feel pressured like it wasn't my decision and I'd back out. Perhaps my ego at play.

Since then I've learned to do things for MYSELF instead of relying on external factors to push me.
