"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Warning: I'm in a pretty crazy state right now so please excuse the general confusion of this post.

Things in my relationship were finally on good track, with me getting over my AFCness and social anxiety, until HE decided to call her with nothing less than a proposal! They broke up a year ago, couldn't he find someone else to fawn over in the meantime? Still, this seemed to awake some pleasant memories about their relationship with her and it seems she isn't completely over him yet.

When asked if she still loves him she said she doesn't know, but she says she really loves me, and I can see that. Most of the signs of interest outlined in that archived thread are there, and we see each other really often, with her initiating meetings as much as me. She says she is happy with me and cries when I mention breakup. I didn't make threats about it, just discussed the possibility. But the emotions towards him are present.

One more thing, he is in a different country, so he's not a direct threat, I just feel uncomfortable with the situation. She says she wants children and marriage but is not ready yet. I also don't want to waste time with me if those wants are more serious than they appear.

The question: Is this normal? He was part of her life for two years, she is expected to feel something when he drops in her life again, or maybe not?
I'm interested to hear your views on this from both female and male angle.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

You are supposed to be the prize

Say a woman you were in love with and really valued asked you this about your ex. What would you say?

You have a point, but is it possible for her to be in love with me but is just shaken up with his sudden reappearance?
