There is this problem I'm having lately, not sure how or when I got it but I have it. It's where I tremble so badly my body trembles within and tremble nonstop. Anybody knows what vitamin "cure" this? I believe it's vitamin B6 but I need to hear some advice before I go nut.

I think what u have is an anxiety disorder. Geez i cud barely hold my head steady for more than a few seconds! Thats what i had anyway. I was very tempted to go on medication but i decided to try alt. medicine first!
Heres what i take and it works for me:

2x Omega 3 tablets a day
Works wonders for me and is totally safe!

Do you have any swelling on either side of your Adam's Apple?

And yes, you walk in to a clinic, go to the desk and say "I want to see a doctor." Then you tell him your symptoms and he does some tests and you find out for sure what's wrong!
