"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Life is a journey, not a destination.

Travel. It has often been said that Travel will make a wise man better but a fool even worse. Yes Travel will make you a wiser and more relax person if you have a sense of openmindedness.
You can't really enjoy traveling 100% if you're always wishing you were somewhere else to avoid the problems in your life. You have to understand, that wherever you are, that's where you will go. I advice you that wherever you are, learn to like your situation and learn to be creatively alive so you will have a better sense of appreciation to the places you visit.
I believe too often, we get way too caught up in our own lives and believe the world revolves around us. Well it just doesn't work that way, as you go and travel the world you will see that we are all the same, we all sleep, eat, crap, live and die. Yet we are all unique and interesting and add a different flavor to life. You will see that we are all human beings, that we are all unique and worthy individuals capable of enjoying our lives. Learn to be openminded, life is just more fun and peaceful that way instead of being too critical about life and getting caught up in the wave of your own ego.

- Read it, Learn it, Quiet your mind and forget it. Just Be, Live and enjoy life.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Awesome and true observation.

I especially agree about the open-minded part. If you're more used to others, you're less fearful of them, and it's always nice and useful to have a more accurate and positive perspective on others.
