McGregor believes in repetitive diversity I guess? I feel the same way I want to keep my week diverse and interesting. One day weights and cardio another day kettlebell and cardio 1 day jump rope weights 4th day weights kettlebell

Opinions let's discuss?

That's not just McGregor's way of training. That's literally the best way to train and bodybuilders know this very well. If you only train one muscle or your entire body all the time, you don't leave enough time for your muscles to recover. Focusing on a different zone each time leaves enough time for other areas to rest form previous stress.

I myself do this following:
1.Arms & back
2.Legs
3.Abs
4.Cardio

It's very important to separate cardio from the others and have a day where the previous muscle you trained can recover.
