Someone who gets paid by the taxpayers and has sex at work is a thief who steals from us all. That's a different issue than being a ho on her own time.

Furthermore, let me add in regard to the cost to the public, one of the guys was her boss. Now all she has to do is get a lawyer and sue, and her escapades then become sexual harassment, for which she can get paid a lot of money.
