"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Long story short.. was seeing this girl nearly 2 years... was in love with this chick, but she turned out to be a cluster b, heartless biitch..

This girl left my confidence rock bottom.. took me 6 breakups to finally have the balls to let her go..

She dumped me 1 year ago on Christmas over a stupid petty argument..

Since the dumping, she has sent me 3 hand written letters, stalked me on pof.. sent me over 20 emails...

I have ignored every attempt for her to suck me back in.. i did not read a single letter she sent me.. I deleted every one of her emails...

I have been trying to get over this girl... but today I have found a Facebook request by her... she sent it about 2 weeks ago..

Obviously I have ignored It...

Since breaking up with her, I have grown alot.. become a tougher person.. gone from a nice guy beta... to a stronger no ****t taking guy..

I realise how dumb I was to take abuse from this chick, because she was hot.. I should have dumped her ass the moment she got out of line...

So its been 1 year of no contact.. do I keep ignoring her.. I dont think I am propaperly over her yet. ..

Do toxic or cluster b woman ever change?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

No, you are not over her, otherwise you wouldn't be asking this question. In hindsight, yes, dumping her when she got out of line would have been the proper thing to do during that moment, but if you take a few steps back and look at the whole picture, you'll see that merely having this girl in your life was the wrong move.

"Can I find a gem amongst the billions of women roaming this planet, or is it possible that my ex has drained the venom running through her veins and might have flourished into my dream woman?" Meditate on that one...

Delete and ignore as usual. Don't get sucked in. The second round is even worse. Don't be a fool. Use your brain. You've been here long enough to know this.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Don't do it. She's only reaching out because she's out of options (which is not surprising since she probably ran several other men through the mud before she decided to go another round with you). She has probably slept with 7=10 men before she sought you out.

Cluster B/BPD/Bi-Polar women do not give a sh!t about you. I know the experience all too well. They are selfish, bratty, and people are objects to them. It's all about control and what she can get out of you.

These types of women are good for sex only - and even then it's really not worth it.

After I dumped my ex-BPD wife, she reached out on Facebook to all of her ex-boyfriends (some of which were married and engaged) to try to set her hooks back into them. None of them took the bait, so she started sleeping with her co-worker before our divorce was finalized. After she got her hooks into him, she instantly defriended all of her exes. Typical user behavior, and she's doing to this to you now.

Don't fall into this trap. Cluster-B types never change because it's a mental illness that cannot be cured without extensive therapy. A relationship with these types are not possible - you know that.

Completely **** this woman over and ignore her completely.

I cant even begin to tell you how much you should listen to the advice on this board. I had my life turned upside down by a BPD ex who drove me to the brink. Lost everything and slowly trying to get it back. It took me several attempts of breakup and makeup to get to where i am and it's no child's play.

The fact you're asking about her is a danger in it's own and I think you really should look at yourself and do all you can to get rid of this woman from your life. These types of toxic women will never leave you. They suck your life out and drain you until you become a shell of yourself. They thrive on that.

My ex has made and still making several attempts trying to suck me in back to her life and it's not easy. I still have feelings for her and I am making every effort intoxicate myself from the venom she injected into my brain.

This is coming from a guy who's currently dating a couple of HBs and sucessful in life for the most part.

If you ever ignore all words on this forum about this mind-fvcking b!tches dont ignore this ..

Block her, run and assume she's dead ...

expos pretty much covered it. I had a BPD ex attempt to "hoover" me many times, usually with some type of manipulative crap that she knew I was likely to respond to. I have her blocked on all platforms at this time. I'm at over 100+ days of No Contact. These BPD psychos are self centered, childish, manipulative, and toxic. They keep orbiters on tap that include exes and guy friends so they don't have to be alone, which is their biggest fear. These girls do not care about you, or anyone else in their life. They have a very serious personality disorder. And no, they never change. I've read many articles that state that mental health professionals sometimes are reluctant or flat out refuse to take them on as patients. That right there should tell you something. Stay away and continue to move forward without her. Don't get sucked back in to her web of craziness. Good luck.

This article by a shrink explains it: http://www.avoiceformen.com/women/borderline-personality-disorder-sick-or-just-crazy-*******/

I hear what you are saying guys.. I,m defo not going to break no contact with her...

I have been ignoring the shiit out of this chick for over a year now..

I just dont understand why I,m still not fully over her.. its been just over a year.. probably because she keeps popping up somehow, every few months or so..

She sent me numerous letters

She found me on pof, and bombarded me with messages

Then she found me on a social networking site

then on baddoo.. and now on Facebook

Why does this chick not give up?

In the end it was me who dumped her, by ignoring her attempts to get me back.. maybe her pride is badly bruised..

These toxic, cluster b chicks, just don't ever give up...

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
