The best way to "test the waters" is this. When you're driving and shes next to you extend your arm as if pointing to something, like say "oh thats an interesting __". Make sure to position your arm so that it is parallel to her breasts and with your palm facing her, then right away make a hard stop (not too hard b/c you dont want to scare her, big turn off) this is how you can get a cop of her tits.
