I'm really sick and tired of having a sh'tty bodyfat percentage. Right now it's around 16% and my six-pack is semi-visible. I really want to lower my bodyfat percentage to 6-8%. So I would like some advice on diet and HIIT.

Diet:

- No sugar (Do On-Whey protein shakes have a lot of sugar?)
- No complex carbs (Cutting out cereal, rice, white-bread)
- 6 meals a day
- No diary (cheese, milk?)
- Only lean meats, veggies, fruits and water.

Cardio:

- Jump rope intense for 30 min (3200 reps) 6 days a week. (Mon-Sat)
- I also do body weight exercises mon, wed and fridays. Since there's no gym/weight lifting place near my vacation spot... :(

What do you guys think? Any advices would be appreciated! Thanks in advance.

You mean cutting out simple carbs, complex carbs are the good ones.

keep a log and progress pictures, it will keep you motivated.

make sure you have a cheat day ever one or two weeks

if you want you can add a quick 10-15 minute jog in the morning

remember to drink lots of water

fish oil supplements are your friends.

don't cut out dairy

Cut out the dairy. Cheese has about 10 grams of fat per slice. Milk has about 8. If you really want to then just drink some skim milk once in a while.

No, you'll be fine on the shakes, no sugar.

Also dont cut out your carbs, LOWER YOUR TOTAL CALORIC INTAKE.

Its not just one nutrient that is the culprit unless your eating 1,000g of carbs or something.

Tell me what you plan on taking in calorie wise, because there is such a thing as too low, and people do this all the time, and think that if they just stop eating its all good. Your body requires a certain amount to just maintain itself and everyday functions.

My suggestion is to NOT go under about 1600cal per day. Shoot for losing about 1lb per week. This is a healthy weight. 2lbs MAX. Anything more, and its not fat.

And anyone that tells you otherwise is WRONG. You dont lost 6lbs or 8lbs of fat in one week. Doesn't happen, and the body doesn't work that way yet people say it all the time, and I shake my head all the time.

If you really want to go low-carb I'd still eat complex carbs after a body-weight and intense cardio sessions. You can also get low-carb whey shakes.

Also, You might want to think of new cardio routines, because jump rope might get boring. Sounds like you're in a place that would be good for running or swimming...

I agree with Omen on losing 1-2lbs a week.

Contrary to popular belief, fat will not get you fat, unless you overdo it.

It's healthy to have some form of fat intake. Just don't go overboard.

just do what you're doing. give it some time i mean if you go nuts about it and make it happen really fast chances are you'll get the feeling where it was so easy to lose fat and you'll start thinking even ifu get fat you can lose it quick and simple.

personally i think jump rope and maybe a few walks (walks not jog/run) for 20-30min every few days will make you lose fat heaps fast.
