"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Hello guys!

I took a red pill recently, in my 47, and I am shocked! I am frustrated now because I don't know is it too late for me?

I am married for 23 yr, 3 kids, from East Europe, but I was never really satisfied with my life/marriage, being sad and depressed most of the time, watching that my wife doesn't become angry or frustrated. Everything is generally what I say, how I organize things and how I order (alpha? don't think so!), but there is a some sort of fear of her anger and her bad mood. She is emotonal, dependable, unpredictable, impulsive, possessive, jelaous and fight for all what she wants and can't get. There are a lot of crying, yelling, fighting (with kids), easy gets mad to everyone (but easy get back to normal). My parents don't like her, and I see that some of my friends are sorry for me.

When I look back at my life, there are many missed business opportunities, missing job offers abroad just to be there for her, many friend contats and socializing are gone.

I wondered all these years am I a bad husband and a father, but after the red pill, everything is clear now: I am/was a beta-omega frustrated chump in marriage with possessive and jealous wife.

Do you thing there is a chance for my happines now? I like to flirt, to talk with other women, I am fun and there are many women giving me the IOIs, but nothing more than that since I am married, and most of them know that my wife is not an easy person (small society).

I can't sleep at night thinking is it too late for my happines? I can see a way out: divorce, but that looks impossible now for me. I changed myself in some ways due to the red pill and I distanted my self from her, but I think that she is more possessive now and more into me. But I can't stand her any more.

Any words of wisdom? Thank you!

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Focus on self-improvement and the rest will take care of itself.

Lose weight if you have to, indulge in a hobby, work towards a promotion at the job - basically anything that gets you moving in a positive direction.

It sounds like your wife manipulates you with emotion and the threat of bad behaviour. She thinks she's "got" you right where she wants you. Show a willingness to leave and make the threat real by taking positive action and that will go a long way towards changing that dynamic.

Good luck!

Several men in this country got rich in their 60's and 70's by starting a new business..... NOTHING is too late for you.... as long as you are on the top side of the dirt....

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Thank you for your inputs.

However, her behaviour made me completely emotionally disconnected from her so I will consider changing her in order to stay. She is in mad love with me, but I am totally out of it.
