I think I REALLY need to step back my caffeine consumption, bad. I have progressively been getting worse in my intake. I usually drink at least two energy drinks a day, and recently added a 5 hour energy shot extra strength to the mix. And will probably have a mountain dew or two.
Now it really doesn't effect my sleep(unless I drink one way later) but I have noticed lately it seems I actually get tired after consuming some caffeine. I did a little research and it seems like caffeine forces your body to release addreniline and if you keep doing it daily the amount that gets released keeps getting more and more depeleted, so you need more and more caffeine to get the same effect.
So it has become VERY expensive, and my budget just took a hit recently. And this fatigue is not OK w/ me. Anyone have any tips to kick the habit, I think it'll be pretty tough, especially sitting at a desk all day for work.
