Im really unsure.

Because the Ward kid crashed partly because of Stewart, and Stewart is a well-known hothead. Also Ive read that Stewart's crew quickly changed a tire and tried to hide his GoPro when his vehicle got off the track. Officers do have the GoPro now though.

Time will tell.

Strange how now the story is that there was no video to collect...even though Stewart normally has a camera with him while riding in the Sprint series. Come on now.

No clue, but his reputation as a jerk does him no favors. I know he's gotten punched in the face before for antagonizing another driver, Kurt Busch I think.

Factually, I saw the video, I can't tell.

I can't tell if Stewart so the guy or not.
But if you hit a pedestrian out on the street, wouldn't most people be facing manslaughter charges? I hate the legal system in this country, because sometimes accidents just happen. But it seems like here in the USA, they always have to find a scapegoat to pin things on.

Of course, if you're not watching where you're going, that's a seperate case. In this situation though, the kid charged into oncoming traffic.

I don't think it was pre mediatted, Id ont' think he tired to kill him, but yeah I think he tried to hit him or scare him or something along those lines. I don't think ward just accidentally ran into Stewart.

I think he tried to scare Ward and it went horribly wrong.

Yeah I think he tried to bump him or scare him, but killing the guy wasn't on his mind.

Dude family is probably going to try to put manslaughter charges on him though.
