anyone get those bumps on the back of their tongue? what are those and is there any way to get rid of em?

They're not "over-sized taste-buds;" rather, they're they're for a wholly unrelated purpose.
Those bumps are called vallate papillæ, and I wouldn't recommend messing with them too godawful much: they're partially responsible for wetting your mouth.
