I did no fap for about a month.
After that I smashed 4 different women in one week (my record), because my testosterone got so high I got extremely horny, aggressive and determined, my beard grew about twice as fast and felt like a beast.
Unfortunately I relapsed immediately and became my old self again.

Going no fap soon, but currently honeymooning with a chick who is draining my nuts every day so difficult to build another buffer again.
