Miss my youth? At times. Done much more in life growing up though.

Do you consider yourself less or more attractive in general than in your 20s?

More as in more distinguished, more knowledgable about sex, make more money, been to more places, done more things, better material things etc. As far as looks losing the youthful looks slowly but everyone does. Just keep working out and dressing/grooming well. Same person. More experience.

How is the interaction with other people (especially young women)?

Not bad at all. Better in some ways. As you have more experience with chicks (hopefully). Working with several in a par time job "helps" I guess in that you're around them more as far as interacting. Elsewhere can't complain. Got two 23 almost 24 yos who look pretty damn good and a 29 yo after me. Gotten numbers from a few VERY hot mid twenty chicks where I work. It just depends on how mature they are. Some you get tired of their nonsense quickly though.

Do you feel yourself more at peace than in your younger days?

Always been laid back and wild at times. Always gotta be improving yourself for you though.

I struggled with social anxiety for years...into my mid 20's. I'm 33 now and 8 years into my career. I find that I feel way more at ease socially now that I'm in my 30's. I'd consider myself more attractive now. Physically I'm pretty much the same, but much more life experience. I'm happier in my 30's than any other time in my life. I've noticed that a lot of guys that I knew back in high school are starting to let themselves go. My ex brother in law, who was a star baseball player in high school and college, is now fat and bald...basically he looks like crap at 36. So I think you have to make more of an effort to work out and keep yourself looking good once you're past your 20's. But if you do, girls in their 20's will take notice. Like ninja said you gotta make an effort to keep improving, not let yourself go. But I'm still about 7 years away from 40...

It's funny as hell. Once you hit 30 you start thinking: "Damn I'm old." "40 is like: "oh sht THAT's old. WTF?! This is bvllsht! Lifes moving to fast!" Then I got over it quick. lol. Life does start flying by once you have too much to do with work, life etc. It's like you slowly start having and realizing you have more responsibilities and once you realize it not just being in your carefree youth...life starts flying..the years go fast as hell. Just keep improving having fun and not stressing BS.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

How do you feel about women and life in general? I feel great about them. More in control where both are concerned.

Do you miss your youth? Apart from the odd backache I feel no different than when I was 20. I still attract 20 somethings.
Do you consider yourself less or more attractive in general than in your 20s? More attractive. Better sense of dress, can grow a beard, financial acumen. 6 pack gone but nothing a little hard work won't fix.

How is the interaction with other people (especially young women)? Much better. Don't need alcohol so much in social situations.
Do you feel yourself more at peace than in your younger days? Yes. The demons (neruoses), although they rear their heads from time to time, are not in control any more.
And anything special you wanna share? No.

Basically it has to do with experience is all. Once you graduate college and have to go out and find a job, try and sell yourself, meet new people, etc. all that anxiety and stuff you worried about fades because you're forced out of your comfort zone. I went to the police academy at 25. Sometimes I look at my academy photo and say "damn...that kid has no idea what's in store for him". And its true. But the time period for me that was most difficult was 16-24. Once I hit my 30's I became a whole new person for the better. My advice to the younger guys, especially those who are on the shy or reserved side, is that it fades away. Work out, form relationships with some good solid guys, meet girls (don't take them seriously), stop overanalyzing everything so much, and just relax. I expect to keep improving into my 40's.

There's a song by Pink Floyd called "Time" you should listen to and take the lyrics to heart. As you get older you realize how finite time is, don't waste it.

"Ticking away the moments
That make up a dull day
Fritter and waste the hours
In an off-hand way

Kicking around on a piece of ground
In your home town
Waiting for someone or something
To show you the way

Tired of lying in the sunshine
Staying home to watch the rain
You are young and life is long
And there is time to kill today

And then the one day you find
Ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run
You missed the starting gun

And you run and you run
To catch up with the sun
But it's sinking

Racing around
To come up behind you again

The sun is the same
In a relative way
But you're older

Shorter of breath
And one day closer to death

Every year is getting shorter
Never seem to find the time

Plans that either come to naught
Or half a page of scribbled lines

Hanging on in quiet desperation
Is the English way

The time is gone
The song is over
Thought I'd something more to say"
