I'm not sure about what you're trying to say, so correct me if my response doesn't follow.
There's no such thing as automatically committing, all of this is a deal that is manually made by explicitly talking about it. If no such deal is made then both individuals can fvck whoever they want and it's objectively speaking not cheating, so it doesn't matter if anyone else disagrees and says it is cheating.
No deception or broken promises are occurring if there is no commitment. So lets say if you aren't exclusive with a woman, she can fvck whoever and as many others as she wants. If she does that after exclusivity meaning she promised not to, then she is cheating. If she breaks up and then fvcks another dude, it's not cheating although he might have stolen her from you.
