Hello,
i know this girl for about 6 months now. We met through squash in this gym at my university this summer. We used to play 2-3 times a week during summer. Now during a school year, we're very busy. So we only see each other once a week, sometimes every two weeks through squash.

I asked her out to a movie or a dinner a couple of times, but she always has excuses. So I never really go out with her on a date (movies or dinner or even lunch). If I ask her to do some sports, she'll be very interested, but not a movie or dinner. I asked her to go clubbing, but as usual something came up. :(

I told her about a ski trip this coming winter and she's really interested and she would like to go with me. I think she knows that I like her. I talked to her on the phone a few times but it's not a big deal. But now, she doesn't answer her cell-phone anymore - dunno why.... and why is she not answering my call??

My question is how do I ask her out on a date? I think she's only interested in sports and really loves freedom. I'd like to be in a relationship with her, but I only see her once a week through squash. And how can I talk to her about having a relationship?
Oh, by the way, we contact each other through email mostly & MSN...
Any comments, suggestions are appreciated....

She has *politely* turned your advances down by not giving direct answers but expecting you to catch on to what she is actually telling you.She thinks you are a good "sport" and this resulted in squash and skiing.

So what I would suggest is forget the trippe. If you still want to persist with her, stop calling her.Even she ever runs into you at a mall or the grocery store and suggests a game of squah, tell her you are busy and may not be able to make it.You could go the the gym the same day she suggested and do your routine stuff, and if she bumps into you , tell her that you made quick work of whatever *excuse* you gave and decided to hit the gym at the 11th hour.Showing such indifference after repeated signs of interest may lead to an increase of IL....but don't bet on it.

Date other women

Not answering her phone... not good. Leave her alone. If she was genuinely interested in you, she would not have made excuses to avoid proper dates.

Concentrate on gals who ARE interested in you. For now, follow Paranoid's advice, and date others.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
