It's a start, but you've got to do more than this. What are your goals, fatloss? Muscle gain? Strength? Cardiovascular fitness? Set some goals then adjust your training regime to fit them. Also you will need to do more than simply walk a mile to achieve any goal.

You're ****s a joke, eat more protein drop the soda. Do body weight work, circuits hit weight lift cinder blocks rock who gives a ****.....do something more alongside walking.
