I would say don't always go by the quality of the poster, but go by the quality of the post.

This is a great place to start:

Some people can have dozens of awesome posts, but there can be one little guy with no credibility who finally understands things, then writes a post full of wisdom that puts some of the better posts to shame.

But in general, read the posts recommended by the bible and the ones on the page I gave you, and you'll start to see who is credible.
