but for example here where I live if I want to set up a date too soon after meeting her, let's say I met her a week ago, we texted twice and I want a date... SHE WILL REFUSE... on the other hand, when I text with her a bit more, build some rapport she will ask ME out.
Your missing the point.
What I'm saying is don't be in such a rush to # close when you first meet her. If you think about it, when you first meet her your on a somewhat mini first date. Use THAT time to build rapport, tease her, create and escalate attraction so that she will be DYING waiting by her phone for your call/text.
Too many guys are in such a rush when they try to cold approach; its NOT a race. In fact I'd go as far as saying the quicker you get her #, the more likely she is to flake.
Would you buy something from a door to door salesman if the first thing he said when you opened the door is "so how many can I pencil you in for on your order?" Of course not.
But if he introduced himself, smiled, got to know you a bit, asked if you are having any of the issues that his product could help with, then demonstrated how the product works, do you think you might be a little more inclined to buy it IF you needed it?
Now I'm not saying that you should wait until they ask you out, but some girls just won't go out with you without some rapport and if you ask them out too soon they even might lose interest.
Rapport built in person will ALWAYS trump rapport built over text.
What you also fail to realize is just like social media, most women are attention w-hores to the max! So just because you two are texting and she's replying etc, doesn't mean jack.
On the other hand, if you are having that exact same conversation in person, you can read so many non-verbal cues from her body language, to her smile etc to easily tell if she is attracted to you.
Then setting up a date is a formality.
Stop relying on text, work on your game in person and your results will blow up!
