"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Well Im about to start Summer school tomorrow. And guess what class? Yep Speech. So anyone got any advice how to handle it good, I know im goona get nervous.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Hardest class?

Anyway, try and be original with your speeches. When the teacher says "describe how to do something you like," don't be like nearly everyone else and say "ok, this is how you bake brownies." Do something you like. "This is how you hit a baseball" or something.

Talk to the people in your class too. Before or after is ideal. If you become friends with them, you can help each other out with projects. Hell, you can even get that hot chick to come spend some time with you...Maybe you can help her write her "how to give head" speech!

Be original, speak clearly, and have fun.

Well it wasnt that bad today. I did abit nervous but not that much, We just had to tell 3 "facts" and throw in a fake one then someone would volunteer to guess which was fake. I got my buddies in there so its all cooler.

Ahahha Eternal I might do that but none of them are really hot.

I took a speech class last semester for concurrent enrollment. I was really nervous at first but the key is to maintain eye contact with everyone in the room. Don't just look at certain people and leave it at that. Make sure you don't make your note card a security blanket and hold onto it for dear life. Use gestures and motions to make yourself look more free and comfortable.

What I thought helped best in my speeches was when I added humor to certain things. Nothing makes you feel more relaxed than hearing the whole class laugh at something you just said. Make sure that you make your topic interesting to at least most of the kids in the class. Nobody wants to hear a speech about how celery grows :p

Speech will help you in soo many areas. This is an awesome class to take if your confidence isn't exactly too high. Good luck with it.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

This is really tangential to the topic, but it doesnt warrant another topic on its own

Today in speeches for who is running for class president for next year one of the canidates started off his speech like so

" I am going to keep this speech like a girls skirt. Long enough to cover the important parts, but short enough to keep you interested"

Thought that was amazing
