“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

This Saturday (about 3/4 days ago) I was at a bar watching some bands play. It was a closed environment and I was really close to the speakers; when I noticed, I had been there for over 3 hours.

So, I get out of there, my audition slightly muffled. It gets better the following days, but as of now the ringing sound in my ears is still to go away; I only notice it when I'm in silence (like when I'm bed, or working in the computer). It seems like this may be tinnitus.

Should I wait a few more days and give my ears a 'rest'? Or have my ears had enough time to recover and I should check with a doctor ASAP?

Damn; I hope this crap goes away. Lesson learned, no more loud venues or rehearsals without ear plugs. Ever.

"Tinnitus is not itself a disease but a symptom resulting from a range of underlying causes, including ear infections, foreign objects or wax in the ear, and injury from loud noises." - Wikipedia

just put a fan on at night. You won't notice the ringing.

I've had tinnitus for about 6 years from exposure to loud noise. I was told by a doctor that acute tinnitus can take up to two weeks to go away, and if it's not gone by then, well, you're stuck with it. But 4 days is a long time--it would be very rare and lucky for it to go away now. There's no treatment or cure, unfortunately. I actually don't have any hearing loss, which is rare, but most cases do. If you go to a doctor they're probably just going to tell you that you have to deal with it for the rest of your life.

I know, it sucks. But it sure will teach you to be more careful with your hearing.

Yeah, definitely.

I didn't relate this with the ringing in my ears, but now I'm starting to think there may be a connection. The day after the gig I was dizzy (as if I was drunk) and nauseated. The dizziness went away, but I'm still nauseated to this day; in fact, I have barely eaten since Saturday night.

I was to see a doctor, but the goddamn urgencies service closed in my town a few months ago. Meaning that if this persists I'll either have to wait for an appointment with my doctor or visit the nearest city.

Sucks.
