Actually here's something I've noticed that's even WORSE. They'll make their coverTinder pic a picture with a much hotter friend or group of friends to get you to swipe right thinking that you'd be matching up with the hotter friend. Only later do you realize you got the nottie, not the hottie.

Well I always look at the other pictures, even if the pics are all group pics. I just play my version of where's Waldo.

I had this bigger girl at my work ask me how I stay so athletic looking at 40 when most guys are pudgy. I just simply said "One hour in the gym 5 days a week!" That's really all it takes!

Something similar happened to me a few years back. We were supposed to meet in front of a restaurant. I park and walk over and start scoping. There isn't a single female that remotely looks anything like the pictures she posted. As I'm about to leave, I hear my name in a high shrieking voice. I turn, and see a 350lb plus egg shaped potato head. My jaw wanted to drop, but I kept my cool after having driven over 20 miles for the meet. She asks, in a begging way, if I would PLEASE join her for a drink. I wanted to really lay into her, but again, I kept my cool. That's when she told me the pics were of her cousin. I said "if you had posted your real photos, I would have joined you for a drink, but you deceived and posted your cousin's pics and that's the price of dishonesty". I walked and said, "have a good night, and send me your cousin's phone number".

I have been pretty lucky. Of the girls I have met from OLD, all were better than the pictures or just as good. Except one. Two looked like possible 7's. Turned out 8's. One I feel in love with.

Tips.

Arms are a big help and a give away.

I know alot of you think about possibly getting dates set up as quick as possible. However, I think screening and talking with a girl before a date could help alleviate running into an iceberg. As soon as a girl asks me what I like to do or anything hinting at it, I talk about the gym and physical fitness and appearance. Vet your dates. Stop being so desperate to have one.

Game them into sending selfies. Hopefully you go to the gym and can show something off yourself.

Not everything is looks.(within reason of your own SMV) Sometimes, a girl without a rock hard gym body just "feels" good. Give some latitudes. Might find a great lay. Maybe even a decent individual.

Match with as many girls as possible. Disqualify AFTER you match. Then hone in.

Only having face pics is always the first giveaway but I had one dupe me Sunday night. Was very fit in her pics and huge into cycling (my favorite hobby) so I drove the 20 miles after a long day of work (they always want to meet at a spot close and convenient for them only). This chick is a solid 40 lbs heavier than her photos. Of course she was already sitting down, the plus size girls will ALWAYS beat you to the establishment and be seated on your arrival. I was pissed, ordered a hot chocolate and booked it after a short time.

Overall I find about half the girls use deceptive photos and waste your time, with one quarter looking close to their photos, and the last quarter looking better. I've been able to screen girls by simply typing their number in facebook, their profiles pop up fairly often giving you a glimpse at their true selves.

Use a keen eye when looking at their pics. After spending a little time on Badoo I noticed some pics even had a time stamp dated as far back as 2008. I look at upper arm size to assess fatness. Are her colorbones visible. Take notice of the style clothing she wears and if the fashion is dated. These new instagram filters can also be used to hide tells. OLD can be fun but for the first date try and make it as inexpensive as possible.
